Scope and contact
This policy covers the Gelişim Kampüsü Preschool website and its enquiry tools. The site does not take online payments or complete school enrolment. The Personal Data Notice separately explains processing purposes and your rights, while the Cookie Policy describes browser technologies.

Callback enquiries and programme messages work differently
Submitting the callback form sends your details to the server and creates a durable record for following up your enquiry. This record is not public. Enquiry details are also sent by email to the authorised recipient for follow-up. A successful submission confirms receipt of a preliminary enquiry; it does not confirm enrolment or reserve a place.
The programme selector uses details held in the page’s memory to prepare a message; it does not automatically create a callback record. Continuing with WhatsApp adds your details to a prepared-message link, which may transmit them to the service when opened. The email option opens a draft in your application. You complete sending in the application you choose.
Video, measurement and technical records
The homepage video loads from Cloudflare Stream and plays automatically where browser conditions allow. Your IP address and request headers reach the provider during this connection. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance without cookies; this does not mean the website performs no measurement.
The enquiry record has no IP or browser-information field, but separate web server access logs may include these details, the page address and referring address. Cookie-free operation or separate storage does not automatically remove an activity from personal data considerations.
Share only what is needed
Forms are intended for parents and legal representatives. They do not request the child’s name, identity number or health information. Please do not put health reports, diagnoses, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive details in the note field.
Enquiry files on the server are kept in an area with restricted access. This measure is not an absolute security guarantee. Retention, backups and deletion must take account of processing purposes and applicable legal duties; no automatic deletion on a specific date is promised.
Opening external services
Google Maps, Street View, Instagram and Facebook links take you to those services; the website does not embed a map or social media feed. Those services’ practices also apply to activity after you open a link. This explanation alone does not satisfy the legal conditions required for using services abroad.
